18’ Sunsetter Awning - Local Pickup Only

18’ x 9.5’ 1000XT manual Sunsetter  awning. Very good condition. Arms attach and lock to deck floor. 4 arches are included, free. They normally cost 0 each.
I am building a new deck cover and don’t need this awning any longer. Also comes with Shepards hook to roll awning in and out.
I usually opened it in April and closed at end of Oct. it stayed open all summer. Very durable. Normally sells new for 60.
My contractor has already taken it down and is ready for pick up. It’s heavy and will take 2 strong men and a long truck, to pick up.
