1. Is the trailer still for sale? If your seeing the ad with your eyes yes.
2. Does the place have electricity? Yes. Breaker box for safety same as size in home.
3. Does it have AC and heat? Yes, unit atop (see pics); always the right temperature, it’s like sleeping in a big sardine can lol.
4. Does it have a bathroom area? Yes with a little wall great place to keep pets at night!

Does it have a shower? Yes, water direct from the hose but you can get a water heater for 0 or so if you need it I don’t so don’t have it.

Does it have a toilet? Yes, drains to hole in the grass. You can get a Natures Head compost if you want I don’t have it cause I don’t need it.
7. 🪟 How many Windows? 3 and they open with mesh to keep bugs out. Lots of sunlight unlike many converted trailers.
