This is a 8.5x20' tiny house shell on a heavy duty trailer. There are 2 options when ordering this shell.
The Basic Shell: trailer,
sub floor
, framing, sheathing,
house-wrap
, pine tongue and groove siding, metal roof, 1 single french door, 5 windows, outside storage, 3 exterior light fixtures, 3 exterior electrical outlets, & breaker box.
The Pro Shell: Everything in the basic shell plus, electrical & plumbing rough ins, interior framing with one 8.5x6' loft, stairs to loft,  8.5x5.10 bathroom, wooden beam mason jar light fixture featured in kitchen/living area, wifi controlled window AC unit in living room rear wall, vent in bathroom.
This shell takes 4-6 weeks to build.
