We currently have a 150 sq. ft. Tiny Home available for sale that would make wonderful in-law quarters, an on-site office, can be placed in a park or for the adventurous type, has off-grid living capabilities. The Cedar is a THOW so towing is possible but we do not recommend utilizing it to travel the country with. We offer free delivery within 100 miles
The Cedar is built on a 19' steel frame with Gecko Flex undercoating, Redwood framing, Cedar siding, custom cedar trim, the floor and ceiling are insulated with R19 insulation and the walls with R-13 for maximum insulation and a metal roof that will endure the test of time. It has been fitted with a 50 Amp breaker panel for all of your electrical needs, Pex plumbing throughout, a Rinnai Tankless water heater, LG dual heating and air unit w/remote. The interior walls were crafted using exotic Blue Pine and Cedar trim, Hardwood Bamboo Engineered flooring throughout. This home has 7 dual pane vinyl windows to allow plenty of light, handcrafted cabinets, custom Italian stone countertop, Avanti 9.9 cu. ft. Stainless steel  refrigerator, Avanti Stainless steel cooktop/oven, LED lighting throughout, a full sized flushing toilet and a 48"X34" shower in the bathroom.
